Puzzle 30

Oh yay...
Yet another puzzle...
This should be fun (sort of)...
I just wishe

(Note from Blog Overlord: The rest of this prologue has been censored due to lack of enthusiasm)

SIMILAR, YET DIFFERENT
Difficulty: Medium
What ubiquitous item, when folded into half, is still (mathematically) similar to its original shape (i.e. when it was not folded)? What gives this item that special property?

Hooray... Now for the answer to the previous puzzle...
I'm sure I don't need to tell you what to do...
Sorry, it's an awful pun, the answer. It's the letter 'A', because all it takes to make her (into) hear is the letter A.

Hello

0100000101011000110001111. 01111010110000111001 1001101111 01001 1001101000000010110001100 1011110010010011010000101 10100010000100110011 0100101110 000100100101110000011001011001 :D Okay maybe not.

Hello :D

So today was class lunch day [Day 4] and I guess it was very good :D (Be jealous, other readers.) As for the truth, I shall hide that. Well, if you are not from 2K, yes, ignore my previous sentence because class lunch was a huge success. Okay I shall walk away from this topic.

I shall begin with homework given today [26 July 2012, Day 4] to benefit the absentees.
LA Passage-based test [tomorrow]
HCL 小练笔

Yup. That's all given today. So... nothing much to talk about.

The usual stuff that happens everyday, but with more absentees today.

I shall move on to something else. Hmm, I can't think of much at the moment. I've decided to write this blog post yet I have no apparent reason to. Hmm shall write another homework review:

Things not handed it yet:
(sorry this is off my head)
LA Opinion Piece #7
LA Role Play
HCL 小练笔
Maths Assignment
Maths Past Year Revision Papers
Science Worksheet (Forces)
Geography Performance Task 2
History SBQ Practice

Yup, that's all. Shall go now, bye!
It's not that the man did not know how to juggle, he just didn't have the balls to do it.

Hello

It's been a long time, really, since someone posted an actual post here. I'm not good with posts but I suddenly decide to write one. Actually, I'm not really going to write it. I'm going to type it.

So I have absolutely nothing to post about and I will ruin the mood by posting the homework we have:

21 July 2012
Merchant of Venice worksheet (quotes)
Chinese Workbook
Science worksheet
Geography Performace Task 2
History worksheet (6 cabinet ministers)

I guess that is all. Remember to bring your ties the day before the day after the day after the day before the day after the day after today.

I will continue a lengthy post to spend my time on. I guess much has happened. With the new Whatsapp group Ryan severely disapproves of... Sorry, this is not directed at you, Ryan. Some random things... Miss Pamela Kuppusamy Samales is our new form teacher. Okay not new but you get the idea that we just got her. So yeah lots of stuff happened recently and it's so overwhelming. Less than 70 days to EOYs. EOYs is 51 days after the common tests. Deducting the September "holidays", we have one and a half month to study hard for the End-of-Year examinations.

I shall not spoil the mood with all the studying and academic things.

Speaking of which, the 3.6km run is coming up ;o I know everyone is turning lazy and would rather go for the 2.0km run. Or should I more specifically point out, 2.0km walk. Oh, I hope we get 8 volunteers by then.

Random Updates:
Po-Chien is on Facebook.

Si Kai is on Facebook.

That was really random to insert it there but oh, it doesn't matter. As you can probably tell I'm extremely bored now. I shall now use MS Paint to do some drawings. Yes, I use MS Paint. But not to photoshop myself :D

Well I think this post is quite long and I really have nothing to do. If something pops into my mind when writing this, I mean typing, I'll include it in. Oh, if you guys didn't know, Vinnie has made a new resolution to never sleep in class. So if you're sitting near her, please shake her head when she is falling asleep. I think that lessons are so dead nowadays...

Speaking of sitting, sitting will harm our backs as it is not the static position of homo-sapiens. I don't mean to say we have to go down on all fours but standing would be better. Not that I would want this to be implemented, but evolution has changed as so much that we can find sitting comfortable. I mean, don't you have the urge to place your hands on the ground and crawl all the time?

I have digressed so much, yet you can't consider it digression since I have no main point. By the way, the next time we role-play the Merchant of Venice, we should nominate (note: It's nominate and not volunteer) some falsely-rumoured couples in our class. Here's a list of random suggestions. Yes, the rumours are false yet we are having fun with them. How amusing.

Combo A:
Chu Yi Xuan Vinnie as Portia
Ang Zhi Xian as Bassanio

Combo B:
Chu Yi Xuan Vinnie as Portia
Amos Goh Jun Xuan as Bassanio

Combo C:
Lim Li Xuan Sherlyn as Portia
Amos Goh Jun Xuan as Bassanio

Combo D:
Shermaine Loke Jia Qi as Portia
Ong Chee Hsien Marcus as Bassanio

Combo E:
Kok Jia Xuan as Portia
Ong Chee Hsien Marcus as Bassanio

and last and for all, if we manage to invite in a special guest,

Combo F:
Chong Kay Heen as Portia
Pang Bang Yong as Bassanio

Well I think I've wasted lots of space writing that. And now I have found something interesting to do. Note: Everything done here is only done for the purpose of it and no implications are made. Similarities to real names are purely coincidental. I'm sorry it sounds like a movie and we're trying to choose a nice popcorn combo.

On a side note,
A great thank you to those who have been visiting this blog frequently, Alessia, Ryan, Glen and Si Kai.

Goodbye.
Fact: Goodbyes are supposed to be good.

dead blog is dead ._.

haha i'm just trying to keep this blog alive.
