Puzzle 30

Oh yay...
Yet another puzzle...
This should be fun (sort of)...
I just wishe

(Note from Blog Overlord: The rest of this prologue has been censored due to lack of enthusiasm)

SIMILAR, YET DIFFERENT
Difficulty: Medium
What ubiquitous item, when folded into half, is still (mathematically) similar to its original shape (i.e. when it was not folded)? What gives this item that special property?

Hooray... Now for the answer to the previous puzzle...
I'm sure I don't need to tell you what to do...
Sorry, it's an awful pun, the answer. It's the letter 'A', because all it takes to make her (into) hear is the letter A.
._.
