haven't been posting much for a long time. So basically here is a video on what we saw on Friday ;)

Video on Natrium Hydroxide experiment

Sodium + Water --> Sodium Hydroxide + Hydrogen Gas
[technically, this is wrong cause the sodium reacts with oxygen to form sodium oxide even before it is put in water.) [or it reacts with water vapour to already form sodium hydroxide]

This experiment is more 'wild' and the proportion of sodium is great.

Natrium is of course a fun thing to experiment with. Here's what they did:
