There are 2 ways to import videos:
1. Import video via Blogger. To do this, click "ADD VIDEO" button when you compose new posts and just upload your video.
Unfortunately, there are 2 disadvantages:
1. Blogger will automatically add an ugly (to me anyway) player to fit your video in.
2. Your video has to be a supported (by Blogger) file type.

2. Embed the video in the blog. This requires editing the HTML code of the post, and is a little difficult, but all file types can be embedded and there won't be any players added by Blogger.
To do this go to the "Edit HTML" tab. You can learn the rest from the Internet
