Puzzle 14
Hi!
So, how was everyone's HBL? I didn't really enjoy it... I would have much preferred being in the classroom. I still have to finish the L.A. Intro and Conc. Paragraphs AND the Maths Shinglee WB... I got too busy with the HBL and had no time to post this week's puzzle, which is why I pushed the posting date forward by 1 day. For this puzzle, I'm expecting low participation, since no one posted their answers for Puzzle 13 under the "Comments" (I guess it must've been to frustrating). By the way, this is:

Right, moving on to the puzzle...
DICEY PROBLEM (PART 2)
Difficulty: Very Hard
Note: Unlike previous puzzles, the pictures are sketches. If you can't see them properly, you can ask me for clarification.
I have with me 2 dice. They're kind of special... you'll see what's special about them when I give the dice a throw...
I know what you're thinking... which way up are the numbers supposed to be? Is it 68 or 89? Is it 99 or 66? That's what makes the dice so special. I can't tell you, but what I can tell you is this: the sum of the 2 numbers at the bottom of each dice is 152.
Let's give them another throw...
Did the dice swap positions? Sorry, I don't know. All I know is that all 12 numbers on each face of the dice are different, and that the 2 numbers at the bottom add up to 188.
There, you've seen enough. Now for the question... what do the numbers at the bottom of each dice now add up to?
Yes, now you see why I expect low (0, actually) participation for this puzzle... While you vex yourself over this puzzle, here are the answers to the frustrating and probably unlucky (since it does have the word "die") puzzle 13! Drag your mouse over the empty space below...
1. B
The way the "no. 2 dots" in A is facing is incorrect.
The way the "no. 3 dots" in C is facing is wrong.
D is not even possible.

2. D
Don't get distracted by all the 2s, 3s and 5s in nets A and C. You ought to do the simpler ones first.

3. C
The colour of the gray face in C is a slightly lighter shade than the gray face in the net. :P

Note: I'm not that brilliant to create my own puzzles.
P.S. This is a modified version, and is solved in a different method (not just referring to diff. no.s) from the original puzzle.
P.P.S. There were answers to the original puzzle, you just don't know where to look :)
